Welcome to Frankston City Rates Notice Voucher Program, giving you access to PARC for recreation and physical activity.
We are pleased to offer Frankston ratepayers the choice of two PARC offers. You can choose to either:
Voucher Option 1: Visit PARC for FREE
Choose between a Family Swim Pass, giving Aquatic Group Entry for two adults and two children/concession holders (valued at $32.60), or a Full Centre one day pass for one adult, which includes access to the gym and all aquatic spaces (valued at $32.80). The perfect way to dip your toes into everything PARC has to offer!
OR
Voucher Option 2: Become a member and enjoy a bonus upgrade
Join as an Aquatic Access Member and receive a complimentary upgrade to Full Access for your first month – access the full benefits at PARC including gym, reformer pilates, group fitness classes, sauna and more. (Upgrade Value: $45 – New members only)
To redeem this voucher, please:
- Bring your rate notice to PARC Reception and show the team. We need to sight this – either physical or electronic is fine.
- We’ll verify your Frankston address.
- Choose your reward: free entry or one month membership upgrade.
- Enjoy your time with us!
Terms:
- Maximum of one redemption per rates notice.
- Offer valid until 31 March 2026 (or until voucher redemptions are exhausted).
- Voucher must be presented in-centre.
- Address details will be verified and recorded.
- Offer 2 is for new members to PARC only.
