Finding the motivation to be active and keep up our routines can be hard when the winter months set in. We set a goal this year to get our community moving more, and we want to support you in staying focused and consistent with our 30-20-2 Movement Challenge!
What is 30-20-2?
30-20-2 is our theme for this year, and a simple way to remember the right amount of regular activity which is recommended for better health.
– 30 minutes daily of moderate activity OR
– 20 minutes daily of vigorous activity AND
– 2 days per week incorporating muscle strengthening activities.
It’s all about moving in a way that works for you – and our 30‑20‑2 Movement Challenge is designed to support you in reaching your activity goals, your way.
Join the Challenge
Our challenge will run for four weeks from Monday 18 May – Sunday 14 June. All you need to do is grab a card from Reception, attend PARC 12 times over the four weeks of the challenge and you will go into the draw to win 1 of 50 limited edition PARC winter scarves.
Want bonus points?
Our Health & Fitness team will be running an additional As Many Rounds As Possible challenge in the gym over the four weeks. Take on the 5‑minute AMRAP, completing four different exercises:
– 10 x squats
– 10 x push‑ups
– 10 x crunches
– 10 x ball slams
Complete as many full rounds as you can in five minutes and record both your Week 1 and Week 4 results to earn a second entry into the prize draw to win one of our limited‑edition PARC scarves.

The 30-20-2 Movement Challenge kicks off on Monday 18 May, so be sure to grab your card from our friendly reception or gym teams.
This challenge is open to everyone – members and guests – and is all about making regular moments part of your routine. Consistent movement can make a big difference to how you feel, and this challenge is designed to help you build that habit without pressure.
