Please be advised that we currently have no internet at PARC.

This means:

• The phones are down. We are working through the backlog of calls and will be in touch with you as soon as possible. For now, please direct all queries to member.experience@peninsulaleisure.com.au. 
• Virtual classes in the Reformer Studio cannot run, but you are welcome to book a bed via the On Demand classes. 
• You are unable to check into your class via the Kiosk. Non-attendance emails have been suspended until the Kiosks are back and operational. 
• Lockers downstairs are not working – they cannot read the member bands or do payments. Some lockers are working in the Gym upstairs. 
• Cafe and Reception are still able to operate, with limited access. 

We are working hard to resolve this as quickly as possible.
