PARC Swim Teacher Availability Survey - Term 4 - 2026

As we head towards the end of Term 3 2026 we continue to focus on providing consistency of teachers for all classes. When allocating shifts for term 4 the PARC Swim management team will be looking at swim teaching performance and consistency in term 3. Please complete this survey by Sunday 13 September 2026 to be considered for shifts in term 4.

If you are a Deck supervisor, please confirm you understand the above number of shifts you have stated can be either in water or on deck shifts(Required)
I understand I must meet the requirements of the Essential Agreement. If I can no longer meet the requirements I will email PARC Swim.(Required)
Please select your availability for rostered shifts for term 4 (term dates are Monday 5 October to Sunday 20 December 2026)(Required)

Do you have availability to work schools shifts in term 4? Please note, expressions of interest for all schools shifts will be shared via email and PARC Swim Facebook page(Required)
If you answered "yes" to working schools shifts please select the days will be available
Swim Teacher & Deck Training - Our mandatory training for all swim teachers and deck supervisors, please select the session/s you will be attending (Deck Supervisors must attend the deck training on the same day of their swim teacher training)(Required)
Infant teachers only - we will be holding an Infant Training session on Wednesday 23rd Sept - This training is strongly recommended for all infant teachers.(Required)
Beach Program Training - We will be holding LSV Beach Program Training for those interested in working with Schools and Can Swim on Tuesday 29 Sept (times approx 12pm to 4pm - to be confirmed) - Please register your interest in attending(Required)
Please note: registering interest in this training does not guarantee admission to attend, this is an expression of interest only.
Community Surf/Bronze Medallion Qualification details - Please select the level that applies to you.(Required)
Can Swim will be holding programs in September and onwards - please tick any of the programs you would like to be considered for:
Reminder - To meet Guidelines for Safe Pool Operations (GSPO) all teachers must attend PARC Swim training. Teachers can not miss two trainings in a row.(Required)(Required)
