The much-loved My Movement Challenge is back at PARC this winter!
Now that the days are shorter and weather is cooling down, it can be difficult to find the motivation needed to keep up your pace and progress. In those moments when you’re struggling to leave your warm, cosy home, remembering your goals and what it is you are working towards can go a long way to keeping you focused, motivated and consistent.
We want to inspire and motivate our entire community, by introducing our My Movement Challenge for 2025.
Join the Challenge
Join us for four weeks of fun PACE themed challenges to help change up your pace and keep you motivated. The Challenge will run from Monday 12 May to Sunday 8 June. Set your pace week one and then progress towards success over the next few weeks and see if you can beat your scores.
How does it work?
Simple. Grab a card from Reception. Attend PARC and get a stamp each time you attend. Attend 12 times over the 4 weeks between Monday 12 May to Sunday 8 June, and go into the draw to win 1 of 100 limited edition PARC beanies.
Who wants bonus points?
We will also be running additional mini-Challenges over the 4 weeks, all on the PACE theme.
P – Posture and Balance – Test your posture and balance with wall angels and the stalk test
A – Athletic – Assess your athleticism with a seated medicine ball throw or a vertical jump
C – Core – Challenge your core strength with a plank and grip strength test
E – Endurance – Pump up the pace with our cardio challenge – 500m row or 3min stair climber for best time and furthest distance.
Have a go a one challenge or test your fitness with all four! Completing the mini-Challenge each week gets you 1 EXTRA ENTRY into the draw to win 1 of the 100 limited edition PARC beanies.
