Bring a Mum to PARC for free this Mother’s Day!

Celebrate a special mum by bringing her to PARC for free. Whether it’s your mum or a special mother figure in your life, spoil them with a little ‘me-time’ at PARC.

With access to our whole range of services, there’s lots to enjoy. Share a gym sesh or group exercise class, hit the pools for laps, or even sit back and relax in our spa and sauna. It’s all on offer and free for that special mum figure in your life.

Visit us anytime on Sunday 12 May and our friendly reception team will organise the rest!

Note – Offer of free entry is valid for 1 mum figure, for every paying guest or member

We are proud to once again partner with Community Support Frankston for the third year to support their Christmas hamper drive.

Over the past two years, our PARC community has amazed us with your generosity, providing support to those going through tough times. This year has been challenging for many, and we’re proud to continue supporting this wonderful initiative to give back.

If you`re able to, please donate gifts and non-perishables to our donation box located at PARC.

We will be collecting donations until Friday 13 December.

⭐️ Member Spotlight – Tanya Macrae ⭐️

Meet Tanya – a dedicated nurse, mum of two toddlers, and a SES Road Rescue volunteer.

Tanya not only keeps up wither her two little ones, but also meets the demands of her role as an SES volunteer, where she is required to pass seven different fitness and strength tests. Since joining Small Group Training with Nic Hough, Tanya has achieved incredible results. We are so impressed by her dedication and progress.
