About Personal Nutrition Coaching (PNC)
Through education, advice and coaching, our nutritionists will provide you with the tools to take control of your health and create positive dietary habits using a flexible approach to nutrition to ensure sustainable long-term results. Structure meets flexibility, clients are encouraged to enjoy their favourite foods without guilt while implementing a tailored meal plan to achieve their health & fitness goals.
45-minute Initial Consultation $99: A 45-minute consultation with a qualified Nutritionist that is dedicated to assessing client’s current health status, providing nutrition and lifestyle advice and creating a personalised plan of action (including meal plan) to fit your unique needs and health goals. Includes a post appointment check-in chat to ask questions or make tweaks to the plan as necessary.
30-minute Progress Consultation $79: A 30-minute consultation with a qualified Nutritionist to assess client’s progression and review your meal plan in line with their health goals. For optimal results 2-3 check-in consultations are recommended every 4 weeks after initial consultation.

I believe in using a flexible approach to nutrition to ensure sustainable long-term results. I encourage my clients to enjoy their favourite foods without guilt while implementing their personalised structured yet flexible meal plan. While individual requirements vary, most meal plans implement Mediterranean dietary principles with an emphasis on healthy fats, increased plant-based proteins, complex carbohydrates, and high-quality seafood in addition to a wide range of vegetables and fruit.
