Skate Park Leagues comes to Frankston Skate Park

Frankston locals, get ready for a throwdown!

Frankston Skate Park will be hosting skateboarding, scooter and BMX competitions as part of the Skate Park Leagues (SPL) on Saturday 24 February 2024. Locals will battle it out to claim the crown and gain points towards the Victorian Melbourne Metro Series League Ladders.

Points will accumulate throughout the year at each competition within the series to decide the best of 2024. The Victoria League makes up one part of a national competition series with events happening in Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania and New South Wales.

Everyone is welcome to compete!

People of all ages and abilities will be able to showcase their skills and have some friendly competition with both locals and out of towners. Medals will be awarded to first, second and third places with prizes raffled off between all competitors. This celebrates the achievements of those putting it all on the line, as well as encouraging those still finding their feet to have a go, improve skills and gain confidence.

This is a great opportunity to get out, watch and support, and enjoy this great community! SPL the biggest and most established grass roots skateboarding, scooter and BMX series in Australia.
